Visit us at our Anderson Valley winery!
A pleasant detour off Highway 128 in Mendocino County is our Anderson Valley winery, just a few miles west of Philo, (said to mean friendship and named after Cornelius Prather, the father of Philo’s favorite girl cousin, Philomena) you will come upon the dirt road entrance to Lazy Creek Vineyards, named for the meandering creek that runs through the charming 95-acre ranch. Turn onto the narrow road, overgrown with rambling bushes and ferns, towering redwoods and oak trees, and it opens up to a rural ranch setting complete with a state-of-the-art boutique winery and tasting room, rustic barn, wine cave, the original 100 year-old farmhouse, pond, and a mélange of animals, gardens, fruit trees and vineyards – welcoming you to this truly magical place.
Visit us on your way to the coast or on your way home, we’d be happy to pour you some wine – you might just decide to stay a while!
